3. Ce este și ce nu este site-ul
Site-ul prezintă activitatea ROMARTECH. Nu vindem online și nu se încheie contracte prin site.
4. Solicitările nu sunt oferte
Informațiile de pe site nu constituie o ofertă de a contracta (art. 1189 din Codul civil). O solicitare trimisă prin formular nu vă obligă și nu ne obligă. Evaluarea de fezabilitate și prețul indicativ pe care vi le comunicăm nu sunt oferte ferme, decât dacă le numim expres astfel, în scris. Contractele se încheie numai în formă scrisă.
5. Informațiile de pe site
Textele descriu capabilitățile și modul nostru de lucru. Au caracter general, pot fi actualizate oricând și nu reprezintă garanții de rezultat pentru o anumită solicitare. Domeniile de experiență prezentate nu sunt un catalog închis.
6. Proprietate intelectuală
Textele, grafica, sigla și structura site-ului aparțin ROMARTECH sau sunt folosite cu drept de utilizare. Le puteți cita cu menționarea sursei; reproducerea lor în scop comercial necesită acordul nostru scris. Numele altor firme menționate pe site aparțin titularilor lor; menționarea lor nu înseamnă, prin ea însăși, un parteneriat.
7. Folosirea corectă a site-ului
Vă rugăm să nu încercați accesul neautorizat la site sau la server, să nu trimiteți solicitări automate și să nu transmiteți prin formular conținut ilegal sau programe malițioase.

The website presents ROMARTECH's activity. We do not sell online, and no contracts are concluded through the website.
4. Enquiries are not offers
The information on the website does not constitute an offer to contract (Art. 1189 of the Romanian Civil Code). An enquiry sent through the form binds neither you nor us. The feasibility assessment and indicative price we send you are not firm offers unless we expressly call them so, in writing. Contracts are concluded in writing only.
