ROMARTECH SOURCING & FULFILMENT
Sourcing · Supply · Export & Fulfilment

The delivery end of the procurement chain

ROMARTECH takes a direct client request, or a qualified opportunity, through to delivery: feasibility verification, supplier sourcing, contracting, export and logistics. Operational, not advisory.

Part of the Midgard Holding operational ecosystem
Position in the ecosystem

Where our responsibility begins

Midgard Holding identifies and qualifies international procurement and commercial demand, develops access to buyers and procurement channels, and coordinates the opportunity. ROMARTECH takes over where the requirement becomes operational — or receives a direct client request — and validates whether it can be supplied, contracted and delivered.

Capabilities

What we take on, concretely

Each capability is an accountability, not a service listing. They can be contracted separately or as a complete flow.

Feasibility verification

Before commitment: confirm whether the requirement can be met, at what lead time, at what indicative price, and under which transport, documentation or customs constraints. A verified YES is more valuable than a fast assumption.

Sourcing

Identify and validate the supplier able to meet the specification, quantity, documentation and delivery requirement — predominantly through Romanian supply capability.

Contracting

Negotiate and conclude supply contracts with delivery terms, deadlines, guarantees and responsibilities aligned to the upstream commitment.

Export and logistics

Coordinate transport, export documentation, cross-border requirements and shipment tracking through to destination.

Fulfilment and delivery

Carry the order through to delivery and beneficiary acceptance, including the handling of non-conformities. The order closes when the goods are accepted.

Documentary compliance

Coordinate certificates of origin, declarations of conformity, customs and transport documentation across the process. Missing paperwork can stop otherwise compliant goods at the border.

runs across every stage
How we work · 5 controlled stages

From enquiry to goods accepted at destination

We do not move to the next stage until the previous one has produced a document, a confirmation or the goods themselves.

  1. The enquiry

Clear technical and commercial specification, agreed in writing.

  2. Feasibility

Documented answer: feasible or not, at what lead time and indicative price.

  3. Sourcing

Offer with identified supply route, firm lead time and delivery terms.

  4. Contracting

Signed contract, order placed, delivery schedule.

  5. Export & delivery

Goods accepted at destination, complete document file.

Execution experience

Execution experience behind our sourcing judgement

Feasibility judgement is stronger when it is grounded in execution experience. The team has direct experience in the areas below, helping it identify technical constraints, documentation requirements and delivery risks before commitment.

Civil and industrial construction structures, halls, finishes, installations
Electrical installations indoor and outdoor, overhead and underground
Energy efficiency and photovoltaics integrated systems, on-grid and off-grid
Vertical transport lifts, escalators, industrial systems
These areas demonstrate execution experience; they do not define a closed sourcing catalogue. ROMARTECH evaluates requirements opportunity by opportunity.
Coverage

Where we operate

ROMARTECH operates internationally, with a supply chain predominantly centred on Romania. We source outside Romania where this materially improves the executable proposition or fills a genuine capability gap. Export, cross-border coordination and documentation are part of the execution route.

Romania principal supply base · sourcing · consolidation
European Union demand and delivery markets · supplementary sourcing where justified
United Kingdom demand and delivery market · cross-border coordination
Other markets opportunity-led, subject to logistics, regulatory, payment and execution feasibility
